Liability

The process is vinyl lettering applied by a heat press, we print on virtually all fabrics and test the fabric before we print, however you submit your shirt for printing at your own risk, please do not submit a one of a kind shirt that you would be devastated should an error be made. We are unable to accept any liability for either any loss or damage caused by the postal system.

Collection

Orders will be prepared for collection at the exhibition exit, anytime from 11am Wednesday 21st April. If there are any problems or concerns completing your order we will contact you on the number provided. If we are unable to contact you we will hold the production until you arrive to collect the order before we proceed.

Non-Collection

If you do not collect your order at the expo you can contact admin@lmexpo.com and arrange delivery (post and packaging cost to apply). Orders will be held for 14 days following the last collection day at the expo. If they are still unclaimed they will be disposed of without further notice.

Location of Print

We will endeavor to locate the print as accurately as possible from your order, please ensure you leave room for your running number and any other prints on your vest.

Refunds

Refunds will be limited to printing cost at the discretion of the company. Refunds may be 1) paid by cash or cheque; or 2)credited to a credit card. The refund will be credited or paid according to the payment terms of the original sale, unless otherwise agreed to by LML
